These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WiFi Doctor: Speed Test ("the App") published by Bulpara ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

WiFi Doctor is an iOS network utility that helps users run speed, ping, DNS, room, and local device tests. It presents measurements and rule-based recommendations to help diagnose common home WiFi, router, DNS, latency, and ISP issues.

2. Important Limitations

WiFi Doctor is a troubleshooting aid, not a guaranteed network audit or professional engineering service. You understand and agree that:

• Results are estimates based on iOS-available signals, network conditions, endpoint availability, and device state at the time of testing.
• The App does not claim to scan neighboring WiFi networks, perform full channel surveys, or expose data that iOS does not make available to apps.
• Speed, latency, DNS, and ISP lookup results may vary based on server load, routing, VPNs, Low Data Mode, device power state, local congestion, and other conditions.
• Device Scan depends on Local Network permission and services advertised on your current network; it may not detect every device.
• Recommendations are informational and should not be treated as a definitive diagnosis of your ISP, router, device, or network hardware.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only on networks where you are authorized to run tests. You agree not to:

• Use the App to test, scan, or interfere with networks you do not own or have permission to use.
• Attempt to circumvent iOS permissions, App Store restrictions, subscription limits, or free-tier limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App.
• Use exported reports in a misleading way or present estimated results as guaranteed service-level proof.
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier: Unlimited quick speed tests, 3 saved room tests per month, basic DNS and latency diagnosis, Device Scan preview, last 10 saved results, 1 sample PDF export, and advertising.
• Premium Monthly: $3.99/month. Unlocks unlimited room tests, full diagnosis history, unlimited PDF reports, device rename and scan history features, and zero ads.
• Premium Annual: $19.99/year, with a 7-day free trial where configured. Same Premium feature set as monthly.
• Lifetime: A one-time lifetime purchase may be available as an optional launch offer.
• Subscriptions and purchases are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Data and Reports

Saved test history, room names, scanned device records, preferences, and reports are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them. You are responsible for any reports or data you share with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, branding, copy, and packaged content, is owned by Bulpara and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ABLE TO IDENTIFY EVERY NETWORK ISSUE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULPARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Decisions made based on speed, ping, DNS, device, room, or ISP lookup results.
• Router, ISP, device, subscription, or service changes made after reviewing App recommendations.
• Network outages, inaccurate measurements, missed devices, or endpoint availability issues.
• Subscription-related charges that fall under Apple's billing policy.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulpara from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, including unauthorized network testing or misuse of exported reports.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or harms the business.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
